Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with applying of 5S methods in an industrial company. The company has a singificant market position in the engineering industry, so the history and current status is explained more in details. The thesis is focused on production preparation department. Analysis of several working places was done and problems were specified. Based on gained information proposed 5S approach to remove the problems. In the end the results are evaluated.
