Měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců v konkrétní podnikové praxi

Abstract

This diploma thesis analyzes and evaluates employee satisfaction in a specific business practice and its aim is to compare data of the past two years. It includes relevant proposals for improvement. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses on human recources management in the context of quality management, namely on measuring employee satisfaction. The practical part describes history and the present state of the company MSA, a.s., and it contains a comparison of employee satisfaction for the years 2008 and 2009. The final part presents improvement suggestions which should assure better satisfaction of the MSA´s employees in the future.
