Analýza konkurence průmyslového produktu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with Competition Analysis of Industrial Product. Competition will look in the textile industry at large-diameter knitting machines. The first part is given the current state of the company (product range, sales, etc.), the second part contains the theoretical knowledge of the selection of analysis tools to compare with the competition. The third part is devoted to the application of analysis and findings of the position of the selected machines on the market. The practical part is made on the ABC analysis, identifying competitors, making multicriterial decision and SWOT analysis. In the last part are proposals to strengthen competitiveness. At the end of the project is assessed.
