Srovnání metod mechanické úpravy povrchu, jejich vlivu na drsnost a adhezi povlaku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of methods of mechanical surface treatment, their influence on surface roughness and on adhesion and roughness of the coating. In the introduction there is an introduction to the methods of mechanical treatment, chemical treatment, organic coatings specifically coatings, as well as roughness measurements and coating adhesion tests. Two methods of mechanical surface treatment, namely blasting and Bristle blasting, were selected for comparison. After the mechanical treatment, surface roughness measurement and scanning of the surface structure using a confocal microscope are performed. Next, the coating is applied and tested for adhesion using grid and tear test and the roughness of the coating is measured. Finally, the paper concludes with an evaluation of the results from both methods of mechanical surface treatment.
