Kvalitativní zkoušky nátěrových systémů v pracovních podmínkách

Abstract

In this thesis I deal with qualitative tests of the paint systems in working conditions. The company Siemens Elektromotory s.r.o., which deals with the production of asynchronous electric motors to which belongs the final surface treatment, enabled this work to me. The electric motors are being exported to European and also overseas countries. For that reason the Siemens Company carries out the cross hatch test of adhesion of paint according to EN ISO 16276-2, corrosion test in a condensation chamber according to their own procedure and exercise test according to the in-home regulations of the company. In the theoretical part I describe the present condition of the company operation. In the practical part the exams are described, carried out and subsequently evaluated. The total evaluation is covered up in the conclusion.
