Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new logistics concept of the company Brano a.s. The introduction describes the theoretical knowledge of warehouse management and handling techniques used in warehouses. It is also introduced to the production company Brano a.s., including its development, organizational structure and direction of the company. The analysis of current corporate logistics and warehousing shows the current state of the manufacturing company, including a description of the currently used handling technology. The last part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of a new logistics concept, selection and description of an automatic system for pallet storage, the implementation process for the implementation of the proposed steps and financial calculation of the proposed solution.
