Studium degradace mechanických vlastností měděných povlaků vyloučených elektrolyticky z pyrofosfátové lázně

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the mechanical properties of copper coatings which are deposited electrolytically from the pyrophosphate bath. The coatings were deposited on steel plates pre-plated with a thin layer of copper. Subsequently, tests of mechanical properties and their degradation over time were performed. The thickness of the prepared coatings was also measured non-destructively. Furthermore, metallographic analysis was performed on the samples, where an optical microscopic examination of the interface between the copper layer and the base material was performed. This interface was also examined by scanning electron microscopy. The introduction explains why it is good to use surface treatments, their division, and their properties. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, it is written about a specific possible division of surface treatment, which is what this work is about. Then, the practical deposition of a coating on test samples in the laboratory is described together with the evaluation of samples by the above-mentioned analyses.
