Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the structural design of the crusher overburden located at the tip wheel boom, the choppers. Home work is focused on the process of disintegration shredder with a summary description of the properties of rocks and some mechanical strength tests of rocks. Another part of the research crushing equipment used on wheeled excavator in open cast mines. The last part is devoted to the technical design of the choppers, which includes text (calculated), while the graphics part (as an attachment). The work is also included as an engineering design drawings rotor choppers and rings with teeth.
