dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce byla zaměřena na problematiku provozování informačního systému územní samosprávy. Pro praktickou analýzu byl vybrán informační systém Zlínského kraje a zlepšení jeho fungování na základě dokumentu Informační strategie Zlínského kraje 2006 – 2013. Toto téma patří do oblasti informační politiky České republiky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést popis a analýzu informačního systému Zlínského kraje a koncepce Informační strategie Zlínského kraje na roky 2006 – 2013, shrnout daná zjištění a formulovat doporučení vhodná pro další fungování tohoto informačního systému.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis was oriented on problems of operation of municipal authorities´ information system. The information system of the Zlín region and improvement its functioning on the basis of document Information strategy of the Zlín region were selected for practical analysis. This theme falls into area of information policy in the Czech republic. The aim of this thesis was make a description and an analysis of information system of the Zlín region and of the concept Information strategy of the Zlín region for years 2006 – 2013, summarize the findings and formulate useful proposals for further functioning of this information system in the future.en
