Návrh pneumatického obvodu zařízení pro dělení plastových profilů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of pneumatic circuit for plastic profiles cutting device. The purpose of the thesis is the creation of pneumatic circuit for device, which is supposed to fulfil the function of severing profile, securing profile, and moving profile to working area. The introduction of the thesis outlines the requirements for the device and sets goals for thesis. The first part of the thesis discusses cutting technologies and their suitability for use in cutting plastic profiles. In the second part, pneumatic cylinders for the cutting device are designed and selected. In the final part of the thesis, a pneumatic circuit is designed, and pneumatic components that are included in the circuit are selected. The conclusion evaluates the sets goals of the thesis and provides a brief description of the achieved results.
