Abstract

A bachelor's thesis addresses a topic of employee training. The aim is to conduct an analysis of training quality in a chosen company and propose which actions and measures can be taken in order to increase both a training quality and employees' satisfaction with the current training model. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two main sections. In the first one, a theoretical examination of employee training and related matters are carried out and the current training model of the chosen company is assessed. In the second section, results of a questionnaire inquiry, which was conducted in electronic and printed form, are interpreted. Ultimately, recommendations on how to increase a quality of training in the chosen company are proposed.
