Abstract

The content of my thesis is description of the possibillity of the streamlining production of precise holes in parts from aluminum alloys. At the beginning of my thesis there are characterized requirements on precise holes and their production methods.Then there is clarified problems with machining aluminium and its alloy. The goal of the experimental part of my thesis is suggestion for appropriate solution cennecteed to the problem. The solution is suggestion of a new technology of production of a hole which preceded analysis of the original technology. This analysis incuded measuring of the production time, surface roughness and hole curcularity. Following part is about comparing and evaluation of the results with both technologies. It was ascertained that the new technology will streamline production of the precise hole. This part was implemented in collaboration with companies KLEIN automotive s.r.o. and Pramet Tools s.r.o.
