Přínos etického leadershipu pro organizační kulturu ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the contribution of ethical leadership to organizational culture. Since this topic is very important for the organization, quality ethical leadership can have a positive effect on work morale, employee motivation and the overall atmosphere in the organization. The aim of the thesis was to find out what is the prevailing type of organizational culture in the organization and to determine the leadership style that is most suitable for this culture. Furthermore, the results were interpreted and measures were proposed that will lead to the improvement of the entire organization. The methods of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used for the research.
