Měření spokojenosti studentů programu Marketing

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on measuring the satisfaction of students in the Marketing and Business program. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate satisfaction with the study specializations of Marketing and Business, as well as Marketing Communication. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire survey was conducted in two versions, tailored to each specialization. The identified shortcomings serve as a basis for future proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the quality of the Marketing study program and potentially the entire faculty.
