This Bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of a Stowing Jig for headlight processing, which must be designed for both the right and left headlights of a car. In the first part, I deal with theoretical knowledge about headlights, headlight preparations and conveyors. In the practical part, I deal with the structural design of the fixture itself and tolerance analysis.
