Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the interior design of two Renaissance houses No. 44 and 45 located on the eastern side of S. Freud Square in Příbor. The houses were historically connected into one whole. The house is in poor condition and is looking for new use. There are more options thanks to its size, it is a three-story house with a cellar and an attic. The ground floor serves as a restaurant and a café, and there is an outdoor seating area in the garden of the house. On the upper floor there are art workshops with an office for restaurant management. On the other floors there are apartments that have their own separate entrance and staircase.
