Abstract

The point of this document was to develop exemplary case of functional analysis for chosen information system. First part describes theoretical principles processes of functional analysis. In second part there is concrete functional analysis of the bank´s call center information system. The bank itself has three independent areas of business and for the analysis was chosen the basic segment which is area of banking.
