Abstract

In this thesis I have tried to comprehensively describe, compare, and then use the already established theory of education and development to the current state in the surveyed companies. In the theoretical part, I focused on the overall of education and development in wider context and related operations and its role in the organization of the specific obstacles in implementation. In the practical part we meet with the charakteristics of company, describing the current state through the provision of internal documents, and the subsequent establishment of a questionnaire aimed on the identification of educational needs, through which was drawn up a draft education plan. In conclusion, then, on the basis of the theory and practical knowledges, are suggested possible actions that can lead to greater efficiency in the particular company.
