Abstract

In this thesis deals with the structural design of the container return agglomerate, which is part of one of the most important parts of an iron and steel company - agglomeration. In the first part of the research is elaborated on the theme of agglomeration, agglomerate, re - agglomerate, reservoirs bulk solids flow mechanisms, mechanics and patterns of bulk materials. Following clarification of the assignment, evaluation of existing buildings and the construction design of the reservoir, due to the location of the container in the agglomeration chain design of its solutions in terms of design, technology and metallurgy. It also includes a numerical control cylinder with respect to patterns of bulk materials. The resulting proposal is verified stress analysis simulation in ANSYS. The Appendix contains drawings tray and a thesis on the CD.
