Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is rationalization of the manufacturing process into CEBES a.s. company. This thesis is divided to theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on general characteristic of the rationalization manufacturing process. In the practical part is introduce of the assessment situation brush holders manufacturing process and specification problems that can be eliminated by using selected methods. Conclusion The proposal consists of a detailed description of the product, which is designed to streamline the production process.
