Abstract

Companies with carefully worked out organization structure create back-up teams of personnel focused on certain branch of activity aimed at providing their services to the different teams, specially to those ones, who directly participate on profit generation. Main objective of this project is better and more efficient communication between teams. The concept of mentioned project is requests register implementation, which would lead the user to the most exact specification of the query and facilitate best conditions and top preparation for the support team to solve out problems. The system proposed above will be implemented in Nemocnice Podlesi.
