Motocyklový hydraulický zvedák

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is construction design of motorcycle hydraulic jack. The first part of the work contains the resume of types of motorcycle jacks for various types of motorcycles with brief description. This work focuses on jacks used to lift motorcycles of kinds chopper and four wheeler. The main topic of the work is creating various constructions of lifting mechanism in 3D, which can be considered. According to the assignment of the work, the hydraulic engine was chosen, strength test was performed on the most stressed parts of the construction. The result of the work is a motorcycle hydraulic jack, where combination of four-joint mechanism together with hydraulic piston is used for lifting. The jack is equiped with industrial wheels and mechanical lock.
