Abstract
The master's thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part first deals with the Organic Rankine Cycle, its principle, refrigerants used and comparison with the classical Rankine-Clausius cycle. The next section discusses the different expanders used in ORC and mainly the vane expanders. The second practical part deals with the design of a stand for connecting the expander to the dynamometer. In the following chapters is described the measurement of the expander with the evaluation of the measured data.
