Abstract

This work focuses on cascade control systems. The main objective of the work is to compare the quality of individual branched control circuits, namely branched control circuits with auxiliary action variable, branched control circuits with auxiliary controlled variable, circuits with compensation of fault variable and circuits with compensation of transport delay. In the next part of the paper, the individual circuits are quantified and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink. At the end of the paper, the results of each example are compared. For the circuits with auxiliary action variable, circuits with auxiliary controlled variable and circuits with compensation of disturbance variable, comparison with a simple control circuit has been made. Circuits with time delay compensation were either compared with each other or tested for their robustness to time delay.
