Racionalizace výroby kostky závěsu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with rationalization of hinge block part production process in the company of Ferrit Ltd. It’s about making the CNC milling operation more efficient and the greatest emphasis is placed on shortening the machining time. Although other factors like simplifying and speeding up preparing and operating processes are part of the thesis as well. Previous state of production technology is described in the first part of the thesis. The main purpose of the thesis is rationalization of individual parts of previous manufacturing proces. That was achieved by using new tools and changing cutting conditions. Following tasks were writing new programs for individual sections and then testing new manufacturing process in practice. Eventually, both processes were compared from technical-ecnonomic standpoint.
