Zavedení nového systému evidence měřidel v podniku ZLKL, s. r. o.

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je popis změny evidence měřidel ve strojírenském podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsána související témata s touto problematikou – metrologie, druhy měřidel, normy VDA a IATF a analýza systému měření MSA. Následně jsou zde stručně uvedeny informace o společnosti ZLKL a aplikaci Palstat, ve které bude nová evidence vedena. Změna je vynucena postupným zvětšováním databáze měřidel. Je potřeba efektivnější způsob správy této databáze. V praktické části je popsán starý a nový systém evidence měřidel a dále problémy při zavádění nového systému. Na konci práce je zhodnocení kladů a záporů nové evidence měřidel. Součástí je rovněž technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení této změny.

The bachelor's thesis contains a description of the change in the registration of meters in the engineering company. The theoretical part describes topics related to this issue - metrology, types of meters, VDA and IATF standards and the measurement system analysis - MSA. Then there is a brief information about ZLKL company and the Palstat application in which the new registration of meters will be kept. The change is decided by gradually increasing the database of meters. A more efficient way to manage this database is needed. The practical part describes the old and new system of meters registration, as well as problems in implementing the new system. At the end there is the evaluation of the pros and cons of the new registration of meters. It also includes a technical and economic evaluation of this change.
