Měření Δp-Q charakteristik armatur

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodikou měření charakteristik kulových kohoutů různých průměrů. V teoretické části se zabývá problematikou hydraulických ztrát v potrubí, měřidly tlaku a průtoku. V práci je navržena vlastní experimentální trať dle ČSN 60534-2-3 a vytvořena metodika měření. V praktické části práce je vyhodnoceno měření kulového kohoutu pro 3 různé průměry, každý kulový kohout byl proměřen pro 4 různé polohy otevření. V práci je určen průtokový součinitel a ztrátový součinitel. Pro názornost jsou naměřené a vypočtené hodnoty převedeny do grafické podoby a porovnány s literaturou.

The bachelor thesis deals with the methodology of measuring the characteristics of ball valves of different diameters. In the theoretical part it deals with problems of hydraulic losses in pipes, pressure and flow gauges. In the thesis, the experimental hydraulic circuit according to ČSN 60534-2-3 is designed and measurement methodology is developed. In the practical part of the thesis is measured the ball valve for 3 different diameters, each ball valve is measured for 4 different positions of opening. The thesis deals with the flow coefficient and the loss coefficient. For clarity, measured and calculated values are converted into graphical form and compared to the literature.
