Návrh chladícího boxu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování návrhu chladícího boxu pro uchovávání potravin. V úvodní části je shrnuta teorie strojního chlazení s popisem funkce základních tepelných oběhů a popisem jednotlivých komponentů kompresorového oběhu. Zmíněno je i použití strojního chlazení v jednotlivých oborech lidského konání. Druhá část obsahuje přehled všech vztahů nezbytných pro návrh chladícího zařízení v závislosti na velikosti chlazeného prostoru, na druhu ochlazovaného zboží a na provozních podmínkách chladírny. V závěrečné části jsou vztahy uvedené v druhé části aplikovány na návrh parametrů konkrétního chladícího boxu a na volbu jednotlivých komponentů chladícího zařízení.

This thesis is focused on the design of a refrigeration box for storing foodstuff. The introductory part summarizes the theory of machine refrigeration with a description of basic heat cycle principles and a description of the separate components of the compressor cycle. A review of refrigeration utilization in different areas of human action is mentioned as well. The next part lists all the relations which are necessary for a refrigeration box design as dependent on the size of the cooled space, the sort of cooled goods and operating conditions of the refrigerated box. In the final part of the thesis the relations mentioned in the second part are applied to the specific refrigerated box design and to the selection of specific refrigeration system components.
