Technologický postup svařování výložníku jeřábu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh optimalizace stávající výroby výložníku jeřábu. Úvod práce se zabývá stávajícím postupem výroby jednotlivých komponentů, jejich sestavením a svařením. Vše je doplněno o hlavní parametry, tj. mechanické vlastnosti a chemické složení, základního materiálu a přídavného svařovacího materiálu pro použité metody svařování. Na úvod navazuje teoretická část, ve které jsou představeny použité svařovací technologie a jejich porovnání z hlediska rychlosti svařování, ceny svařovacího materiálu a pracnosti. Závěr práce tvoří doporučení pro použití jednotlivých svařovacích metod a je zde představen návrh časové a finanční úspory při výrobě výložníků.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is optimization of existing crane boom production. The introduction of the thesis deals with the current process of production of individual components, their assembly and welding. The main parameters, i.e. the mechanical properties and chemical composition, of the basic material and of the additional welding materials for used welding methods are also described. Next part of the thesis is theoretical and deals with the introduction to the welding technologies used here and their comparison in terms of welding speed, prices of welding material and difficulty of the production. The conclusion of the thesis is recommendation for the use of individual welding methods and there is presented plan for time and money saving in boom production.
