Abstract

The subjekt of my deploma work was to evaluate the performance of employees, which is for the superiors very important activity. In preamble part of the deploma work I have focused on defining the theoretical ways out that were important for the practical part. I described the method of evaluation, evaluation forms, reviewers and others. Theoretical part I focused on analyzing system of evalution of employee performance in selected company. I described the current system of evaluation in the company and conducted questionnaire research. Based on the results of research, I propose recommendations then to improve the existing system of performance appraisal.
