Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis and modification of current CRM system in a construction company. The work is focused on the description of strengths and weaknesses, evaluation of its effectiveness and the creation of modifications to the CRM system. The research used methods of interview, questionnaire, SWOT analysis, ABC analysis, observation and brainstorming.
