Abstract
A purpose of my graduation theses was to propose a right combination of communication tools and to create an acceptable marketing communication to the Museum of Ostrava. I used secondary sources and primary data, which I obtained in an interview with directress of the Museum of Ostrava, by sighting and on the basis of oral interview in a field.
I had to surmount a limitation during an election of the communication mix. This limitation was an absence of financial resources. That is why the communication mix is intent on low-cost forms of the communication.
After an analysis of informations I decided to propose next recommendations. These recommendations are intent on a planning and running the marketing communication, on set up a database of customers and on a cooperation with the Faculty of Economy of the VŠB – TUO.
