Optimalizace systému řízení zakázek

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá Optimalizací systému řízení zakázek. V úvodu se věnuji představení firmy Hella a oddělení VMK. Následně je popsán proces průběhu zakázek na a jeho jednotlivé fáze. Dále je proveden výpočet kritické cesty. Ze kterého vychází návrhy optimalize v procesu řízení zakázek a jejich implementaci do současného stavu. V závěru je stručné shrnutí a zhodnocení práce.

Master thesis is dealing with order management system optimization. In the introduction I deal with presentation of Hella company and VMK departments. Subsequently, there is described the process of order processing and its phases. Next section contain calculation of a critical path. From which a optimizations in the order management process are designed and their implementation to the current situation. In the end there is summary and conclusion from thesis.
