Abstract

Theme of this thesis is Analysis of Costs Related to Poor Quality at Selected Organization, COPQ analysed using a model that is based on the assumption that non-compliance with quality requirements for manufacturers always causes negligible economic losses. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical information which have been obtained from special literature connected to this theme. Included here are the concepts of quality, management quality, quality measurement systems what represent theoretical starting points for practical part of the work. The second part of the thesis includes Vitkovice Cylinders a. s. presentation. It also contains an analysis of costs related to poor quality at selected organization COPQ analysed using and proposals for improvement.
