Abstract
The thesis is about the design of control and regulation of material clamping and support sliding of a single-purpose machine and designing of working tool plate. In the first part possiilities of material clamping and support sliding into the profile are discussed and the best variation is chosen. Then a certain size of components is chosen from computations of cutting power. There is given the design of the single-purpose machine plate in two variations. In the nextpart there is the design of circuits for control and regulation of clamping and support sliding. These circuits are designed in pneumatic and electric-pneumatic variations and as a programmable automatic machine PLC in LDR language. The components in the circuits limit injuries of operators. In the next part there is given the specification of components of pneumatic circuit and the check of throughput of the circuit. At the end the most suitable variation of circuit is checked in the lab simulator SMC.
