Aplikace 3D tisku s použitím laseru

Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on the development of 3D printing technology, from its beginnings to the present day. It gradually describes the history of additive manufacturing methods, key milestones in their advancement, and current trends in industrial applications. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at evaluating the quality of a weld deposit created using laser cladding with stellite powder. The analyzed sample was examined in terms of its microstructure, macrostructure, and hardness, with the goal of assessing whether the cladding is technologically suitable. Metallographic testing was used to identify potential defects such as porosity, cracks, or inclusions. Hardness was measured in selected areas to evaluate the hardness uniformity and mechanical properties of the material. The obtained results were evaluated with the aim of their application in practice.
