Mulčovač za malotraktor

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem mulčovače za malotraktor. V úvodu práce je přehled druhů mulčovačů. Jsou zde uvedeny různé typy konstrukcí mulčovače a možnost využití těchto strojů. V praktické části se zabývá konstrukčním řešením zadaného mulčovače. Je zde výpočet a návrh převodových mechanismů. Dále je zde konstrukční a pevnostní návrh rotoru, horní hřídele a ozubené spojky. V závěru práce je shrnutí bezpečnostních požadavků při mulčování.

Thesis describes the design for tractor - drawn Mulch – laying Machine. In introduction is an overview of mulching machine. There is described many different types and constructions of mulching machine and possibility of using these machines. Next part is about construction solution my mulching machine. There is a calculation and design of gear mechanisms, next is a design and strength analysis of the rotor, the upper shaft and gear couplings. In conclusion thesis is a summary of safety requirements for mulching.
