The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of determining the heat balance of an internal combustion engine. The introduction describes the basic types and principles of internal combustion engines, along with methods of measuring temperatures, pressures and flows. The following is a proposal for determining the heat balance with a proposal for selecting measuring elements. Finally, the work deals with a proposal for the implementation of the proposed solution to refine the results.
