Standardizace výkresové dokumentace pro plastové díly

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výkresové dokumentace ve společnosti PO LIGHTING s.r.o. na oddělení produktového vývoje. V úvodu práce je popsána teorie k řešené problematice. Následuje seznámení se společností, ve které byla diplomová práce zpracovávána, popis procesů ve vývojovém oddělení a seznam vyráběných projektů. V práci je analyzován proces tvorby výkresové dokumentace, aplikace GD&T a geometrie lokačních prvků. Standardizace výkresové dokumentace je zaměřena na výstupy z jednotlivých analýz a zároveň práce popisuje vzorovou výkresovou dokumentaci pro vybraný komponent.

The thesis deals with the analysis of drawing documentation in the product development department of PO LIGHTING s.r.o. In the introduction of the thesis the theory of the problem is described. This is followed by an introduction to the company in which the thesis was prepared, a description of the processes in the product development department and a list of the projects produced. The thesis analyses the process of drawing creation, GD&T application, and geometry of location elements. The standardization of the drawing documentation is focused on the outputs of the individual analyses, while the thesis describes a templated drawing documentation for a selected component.
