Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with the search for optimization of the public transport network in the territory of Krnov. Optimization means the coordination of the services timetables to allow convenient commuter connection to more common network segment lines. In the first part of the work, the characteristic of micro Krnov is outlined. The following chapters deal with the identification of the interdependency of the service lines and the transfer nodes. The final part details a suggested optimization for the section of the network Krnov – Zátor. The work includes establishing a mathematical model and its solving using optimization software Xpress-IVE.
