Technická diagnostika čerpadel

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is devoted to diagnostics of vibrations and thermographic diagnostics of rotary machines, which are used for processing of side products of coke production. The theoretical part deals with pump distribution, coke production, basic problems in vibration measurement and thermographic measurement and problems of electric motor faults. The practical part deals with used measuring instruments for measuring values, tables for evaluation of technical condition of machinery. Below is a list of the measured machinery that was measured in the Coking Plant Svoboda. Each measurement indicates the pump, the operation in which the device is located, the speed and pump output, the table of measured values, the thermographic images and the evaluation of the technical state of the machine system. Finally, the overall assessment of the measurement is presented.
