Abstract

Thesis, as already apparent from its title, deals with strategic plan of company. The first part describes and explains the basic concepts, on what is the strategy and its management based. The other part is devoted to the issue of strategic analysis, which is characterized by analysis of the external business environment, its internal resources and capabilities, and Porter's value chain. Based on the findings by the SWOT analysis and vulnerability analysis to work through potential strategic alternatives and choosing the best strategy for the Ocel, a.s. company.
