Srovnání konvenční a CNC technologie výroby Coltu 1911

Abstract

The master thesis compares conventional production technology of selected components of the Colt 1911 pistol with a newly proposed manufacturing strategy for computer-controlled manufacturing. The fundamental content of the work is divided into two parts; design and manufacture of specific machine tools used in the production of weapons is described, and analysis of both conventional and non-conventional technology of manufacturing the most complex parts of pistols in terms of shape and dimensions. Both production technologies are compared from various technological perspectives.
