Abstract

This thesis is focusing on the modernization and automatization of the Multipositional Lifting Positioning Conveyer by means of Pneumatic Elements, contain practical way to achieve safety according EU laws. At the beginning is described current design and control of conveyor. Next are described and specified risks and safety countermeasures. Next part contain concept of safety pneumatic scheme, pneumatic components a flow check. At the end is check with regard to safety and economic impact . In attachment are dispositional design of the current conveyor, FMEA risk analysis and safety result from SISTEMA software.
