Racionalizace výroby žebrové podkladnice v podmínkách firmy Třinecké železárny, a.s.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to rationalize production ribbed sole, a monitor and a draft of the improvement in milling slots for screw-in rib-plate. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical analysis of the issues, namely the analysis of railway superstructure, milling, cutting materials and original way of cutting the base plate including an analysis system sheaf. The second part proposes improvement in machining, discusses in detail the changes in the tools and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the rationalization of the production process. At the end of the work is evaluate the changes and improvements compared to the original method of production.
