Abstract

This master thesis processes the proposition of maintenance plan for roll bending machine, evaluates the current status in consideration of operational conditions and working environment. At the beginning, the general principal of rolling is introduced followed by particular description of technical parameters and functions of roll bending machine Schiess – Froriep UDBH – S 3600/4500.Further, the general arrangements from technical diagnostics and maintenance area are proposed. Specified attention is given to the purity and the condition of hydraulic liquid. There is the pursuit to apply modern approaches in maintenance. In the last part the maintenance plan is compiled and in conclusion the possible benefits which result from application of technical diagnostic are evaluated.
