Abstract
The thesis is devoted to the analysis of competition of cafes which are located in Krnov. The aim of this paper is to characterize cafes and determine their competitiveness. In the first part was described market of cafes and theoretical analysis of competition. In the practical part there was made an analysis of the acquired data according to which the worst cafe was evaluated. The data were obtained via mystery shopping. For this cafe suggestions and recommendations were subsequently compiled to increase its competitiveness.
