Využití odpadního tepla z kompresoru

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika možností využití odpadního tepla z kompresorů. Práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku pojmů nízkopotenicální teplo a odpadní teplo a uvádí různé možnosti využití obou zdrojů tepla. Součástí práce je také rešerše na téma kompresorů, jejich funkce, rozdělení a využití včetně přehledu hlavních výrobců ve světě i v České republice. Práce se dále zabývá organickým Rankinovým cyklem jako jedním z možných způsobů, jak využít odpadní teplo z kompresorů. Výstupem je návrh schématu ORC systému včetně jeho popisu a také návrh a výpočet tepelného výměníku, který je v ORC systému použit.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the problem of using waste heat from compressors. The thesis contains a brief description of the terms low-temperature heat and waste heat and presents various possibilities of using both heat sources. The thesis also includes a research on the topic of different types of compressors, their function and utilization, including an overview of primary manufacturers in the world and in the Czech Republic. The thesis also deals with organic Rankin cycle as one of the possible ways to utilize waste heat from compressors. The outcome of this bachelor thesis is the design of the ORC system including its description and also the design and calculation of the heat exchanger used in the ORC system.
