Simulace nízkocyklových únavových zkoušek aditivně vyrobeného inconelu 718 pomocí MKP

Abstract

The master’s thesis focuses on the simulation of LCF tests on the nickel superalloy Inconel 718 produced using the additive technology of SLM. Initially, it provides a description of the SLM additive technology and the incremental theory of plasticity. Several samples are subjected to low-cycle strain-controlled fatigue testing at various strain amplitudes and incremental life testing. Furthermore, calibration of the material model according to the Marquis and Voce approach is carried out for all available strain amplitudes. The numerical simulations were conducted in the ANSYS APDL program and are prepared in the form of macros. The results are then evaluated and compared with experimental data.
