Abstract
Bc. MARŠÁL, R. Repair Proposal for Weld Joints on Grade 12022.1 Tube after Copper Contamination. This thesis deals with welding of evaporating tubes after contamination with copper, and suggests the technological process of welding. The first part contains a weld ability study of 12022.1 steel and deal with aspects connected with criteria of carbon steel welding. In the second part, the lab results are evaluated together with problems of pipeline welding after contamination with copper. The work also deals with possible origin of corrosion, which has led to failure of steam pipeline.
It suggests the technological process of evaporating tube welding with respect to cooper presence. This welding process is applied to samples which are subjected to the proposed non-destructive and destructive tests. Based on the evaluated results, the overall technological process is proposed for the repair of the evaporating tubes which are used for the transport of saturated steam of heating boiler in power industry.
